Welcome to Decivon (Pvt) Ltd. By accessing our website or engaging our services—including Decision Architecture, AI Automation, and Financial Intelligence—you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Services & Scope

Decivon (Pvt) Ltd. provides bespoke technical consulting, including but not limited to:

• Development of Autonomous AI Agents and Multi-Agent Workflows.

• Financial Modeling and Data Visualization (Power BI/Tableau).

• Strategic Growth Engineering and Process Automation.

All services are provided on a “project” or “consultancy” basis as defined in specific Statements of Work (SOW) or service agreements.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

• Our Proprietary Tech: Decivon retains all rights to its pre-existing code, “Base Logic” for AI agents, proprietary methodologies, and internal automation frameworks used to deliver services.

• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables (e.g., custom dashboards or specific agent outputs) for their intended business purpose.

• Restrictions: You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or claim ownership of the underlying AI architectures developed by Decivon unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3. Financial Intelligence Disclaimer (Critical)

Decivon (Pvt) Ltd. is a technical and strategic consultancy, not a financial advisory firm.

• The data, models, and dashboards provided are for informational and analytical purposes only.

• Our work does not constitute professional investment, legal, or tax advice.

• Decivon (Pvt) Ltd. is not responsible for any financial losses, investment outcomes, or business decisions made based on our data models or AI-generated insights. All final decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.

4. AI Performance & Accuracy

While we build high-precision systems using cutting-edge models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.):

• Stochastic Nature: AI agents can produce unexpected results or “hallucinations.” Decivon does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated content or autonomous actions.

• Human-in-the-Loop: We strongly recommend a “Human-in-the-Loop” approach for all high-stakes autonomous systems.

• Third-Party APIs: We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, OpenAI, or n8n).

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our systems, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, high-integrity data for analysis.

• Ensure that your use of the AI agents we build complies with all local and international laws.

• Securely manage any API keys or credentials provided during the project.

6. Payments & Engagements

• Upwork Engagements: For clients engaged via Upwork, the payment terms and dispute resolution protocols of the Upwork platform take precedence.

• Direct Contracts: For direct engagements with Decivon (Pvt) Ltd., payment terms are Net-15 from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decivon (Pvt) Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our automated systems or financial models.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan (specifically under the jurisdiction where Decivon (Pvt) Ltd. is registered with the SECP) and relevant international digital commerce regulations.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in AI regulations or our service offerings. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
